A good presentation lets the audience follow the engineering decisions without needing your lab notebook.

## Before the room

- Write the problem in one sentence.
- Choose one primary result to lead with.
- Test the demo with the exact hardware and files you will bring.
- Prepare a static backup: screenshots, plots, and a short recorded run.
- Confirm who explains the context, method, result, and next step.

## A reliable slide or poster sequence

1. **Problem** — what needs to change?
2. **Approach** — what did the team build or test?
3. **Evidence** — what did the measurements show?
4. **Learning** — what changed because of the work?
5. **Next move** — what should happen after this project?

## During questions

Pause, restate the question, and answer the part you can support. If you do not know, say what you would measure next.
